The Registration Process

Register / Refer

There’s only a few simple steps:
1). Use the Register / Refer button to fill in the registration form, select ‘How did you hear about us?’ and choose ‘Another client’.
2). Enter the full name of the friend that referred you in the comments section.

IMPORTANT: if you use the Register link in the menu, the comments field won’t appear.

3). After your first purchases, $20 credit will be applied to each of your accounts. If it doesn’t appear within 5 business days, just let us know :).

Using Your Credit

Purchase with Credit

To use the account credit you will need to make your purchase using the Purchase with Credit button which will link you to the Mindbody website.

Please note: unfortunately, you cannot use account credit on our website or the Mindbody app.

Once you’re on the Mindbody website, please follow this step by step guide:

  1. Search for R3 Reform.
  2. You will be taken to the ‘Staff sign-in’ page. Please click the link at the bottom to sign in as Not a staff member.

  3. Use the Sign in button on the top right of the page to log into your account. Your account details should be the same ones you used either on our website or with the Mindbody app.
  4. Go to the Online Store.
  5. Select Services then Reformer Pilates. Choose the class pack you want.
  6. Click Check Out.
  7. Beside “Would you like to use this credit now?” select Yes.
  8. Click Place Order.
