Your Questions

What class do I start with?
We recommend starting with either our Reignite or Recharge classes. Reignite classes are designed to introduce you to the basic reformer movements and perfecting your form. Recharge classes are more slow paced where we focus on toning and stretching.
What’s the difference between Reignite and Reignite+ Classes?
Classes are designed to be a full body workout regardless of the difficulty level. Reignite classes introduce you to the basic reformer movements. Don’t let the slower pace of the beginner classes fool you, as you hold each pose for a longer time, you are sure to feel the burn. Reignite+ classes offer more complex movements building on the basic movements and more challenging spring options at a faster pace. Regardless of which class you choose, our trainers will offer you options to allow you to change the intensity of your workout.
How do I book a class?
Booking a class is really simple. First you'll need to Register, then Buy Classes, then book using the Class Schedule.
What do I need to know for my first class?
Once you’ve booked in for your first class you will receive a welcome email which will introduce you to the reformer. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. The instructor will give you a tour of the studio, help you get to know the reformer and answer any questions that you may have.
How many people are in each class?
The studio caters for a maximum of 12 per class.
What if I’m late for my class?
If you’re more than 5 minutes late for your class the instructor may advise that you need to miss the class. This is for your own health and safety as the first 5 minutes comprise the warm-up. It also prevents disruptions to the workout of others.
What's your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations need to be made more than 8 hours prior to your class commencing to avoid forfeiting your session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however as there are limited spaces available, we need to enforce fair and consistent standards. Cancelling a session will allow waitlisted clients to take your place in the class.
What if my class is cancelled?
Unfortunately, there is a slim chance we will have to cancel your class, for example if the instructor is sick or if you're the only person in the class. Classes can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to class and you will be notified via text or email. In the unlikely event this happens your class credit will be returned.
What if I’m on a waitlist?
It’s always a good idea to join the waitlist. Waitlists move quickly and you are highly likely to get into the class! You will be notified via text and/or email if you have been added to the class. Once you’ve received the notification you will have 2 hours to confirm or cancel your attendance.
I am pregnant, can I attend classes?
Congratulations on your pregnancy!

If you’ve been given the all clear by your GP, our group classes cater for pregnant clients right up until 16 weeks of pregnancy. After that point, please continue to work out with us in our Private Classes so our instructors can tailor a program specifically for you. You are more than welcome to also bring along a friend(s).

How old do I have to be?
You must be 16 years or over to attend our group classes. Clients under 16 may attend a private class when accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Can I still do Pilates if I have an injury?
Group classes involve a full body workout so modifications may be required. If you are injured and want to attend a group class you need to seek independent medical advice prior to attending. Otherwise, please enquire about private sessions which can be tailored to your specific needs.
What facilities do you offer?
We provide complimentary towels and drinking water for refilling your drink bottle. Our studio also has a toilet and two showers so you can get sweaty and freshen up afterwards!
When does my package / subscription start?
Our Intro Offer and 30 day packages start when you attend your first class. Our 365 day packages and all subscriptions start from the date of purchase.
I've bought a 14 day (or 30 day class) but the expiry date is incorrect. What do I do?
Don't panic! Class pack expiry automatically reflects the date of sale until your first class is booked. After your first visit, your pass expiry date will be updated to commence from that date.

If the date passes the original deactivation date, it will remain on your account and ``roll over`` until you've booked your first class.

Please note, the above does not apply to 365 day class packs, which begin on the day of purchase.

I've bought a class pack and have remaining classes, but I'm being asked to purchase a casual class before I can book. What's going on?
The most likely cause of this issue would be if you try to book a new class at a date earlier than the first class you booked. This is because monthly and introduction class packs have an expiry which begins on the date of your first class. If you then book a new class before your first class, you'll be asked to purchase another pack.

The simplest way to resolve this is to just rebook your classes. If your still having trouble simply email us at team@r3reform.com.au and we will be happy to sort it out for you :).
