Big Results

Welcome! Mi casa, su casa.

R3 Reform has been designed with a stretch area, seating area, a toilet and change rooms. Why? Because we aren’t just a work out class. When we welcome you to our studio, we welcome you to the R3 community and you don’t have to leave straight after your class. Arrive early, leave late. Take your time getting changed and hang out with friends. Go ahead and do some extra stretching on the stretch mat to get a head start on your post class recovery.

At first glance Reformers may look like torture devices (and sometimes they also feel that way) but really they are an exercise apparatus which facilitates a high intensity workout without any bone jarring high impact. The reformer was invented by Joseph Pilates and consists of a bed-like frame with a flat platform that rolls back and forth on wheels. Reformers can be used for rehabilitation or exercise programs – like what we teach at R3!

There is nothing like working out in a group, with a motivational instructor and a fun soundtrack cranking. Our classes are designed to push you to your limit, whatever that may be. You’ll probably be exhausted after a class, but grinning ear to ear.

Feeling good days a week
Out of ten feeling after each class

So you lift weights to get bigger, run to burn fat and do yoga to increase your flexibility? R3 Pilates combines all these aspects into one workout. You’ll burn fat, build muscle and get toned and flexible. And the best bit? Not only will our workouts get you looking great in your swimmers but the functional muscles we train will help you in all aspects of your everyday life.
